My only problem is I have no earthly idea what many of those games are, although I do know how to lose money with a 7 high in RAZZ! My RAZZ cherry was popped in Nik's basement with no lube.

Come on Matchy. You got no lube but give us credit for the group reach-around.

It is no fun being the pivot person in a six man circle jerk.

I like lube.
Love love love

I'm fine with Horse too.
(10 min blinds)

Matchy to play horse.
1)Register
2) bet, fold
3) check ,raise, fold
4) repeat until you are out of chips.

That's what Horse is.

Do I need lube to play

Seriously I am open to change, $5.50 is a pretty cheap education. Nik could you post a mini tutorial on the nuances of HORSE etc.

Talking to Boother last night he agreed, risking $5.50 to broaden your horizons ain't bad.

I'd be glad to post a mini tutorial on how to win at HORSE. You came to the right place! Look for it later Friday night.

(Nik's subconscience typing now: Now who am I going to find to teach me?)

Ok, so the current vote in is this:
Beerhog = Winner Picks
Matchy = Winner Picks
Boother = Winner Picks
Fourputt = NL Holdem Only
Nik Faldo = No Vote

Herbavor = Winner Picks

My butt hurts, make sure someone brings lube if we play horsey.

Beerhog, because the choice was Winner Picks or NL Holdem only. The only way you could get your 'HORSE' only, would have to win.

Not my fault you cannot understand written questions.

Eat a carrot and some oats will ya?

Proposal B
2nd place gets to choose the game.
1st place determines the stakes.
3rd place brings a case of beer and some lube and holiday cheer. :)
Last place has to play with his pants around his ankles, but only while shortstacked or doing his nails.

Thank you for your efforts guys, now I know enough that I will be a sure winner at horse! To be on the safe side I am putting a tube of KY in my beer cooler.

Let's switch the end of night NPP tourney to winner picks. Or if thats too hard to figure out we play HORSE at the end of the next one.

IF there is any confusion with the new NPP players...leave the lube at home, where your pants around your waste, and plan to pass your wallet one player to the right.

We can vote whether to play HORSE or NL Holdem before the tourney to close out NPP. I'll make a HORSE Blind Sheet just in case.

My wallet is always empty. Too bad for the player on the right of me. On my left is always Herbavor so I know I will be getting a cash bonanza.

consider that if something other than NL is choosen then it will alienate others who do not know how to play HORSE games.

We can't even fill a table with our current game of choice.

Fourputt, Matchy said it best. $5.50 is not a bad price to pay for an education.

The idea is not what card game is played. The goal is to make fun and bad mouth each other on line until we can do it in person at NPP.
