Six of us gathered at Matchy’s green felt last night for a One Table Lap Dealer’s Choice of Holdem-Omaha Variations Fixed Limit game last night – moved to the garage.
I will admit, the “one lap” format kept the game moving as the “reminding everyone what game we were playing” was kept at a minimum.
Ok, we still had to remind Matchy every other shuffle, but no system is perfect.
7Jokers, Beerhog, Dave E, Duder1123 and Faldo all partook of the chips, dip, hotdogs, beer and hospitality. A pit fire at the mouth of the garage and smoking cigars inside the garage, kept the mosquitoes at bay for the most part.
I won’t name names, but some of the players (not Dave E. or Faldo) were girlie men and drank Miller Lite – again! Nope, not naming the Brokeback Mt. beer drinkers. That would be mean.
The big winners were Faldo, 7Jokers and Dave E.
So a poker cashing ends the day of golf, Buffalo Wild Wings and poker for Faldo. Now the hard work begins again, as Faldo has to play golf - again - on Sunday.
Oh well, someone has to do it.

Sorry boys for missing the game. I got stuck with family in town and had to watch some stupid a$$ movie. Let's plan another one soon!!
