Douge2 Wins for the 2nd Time in 2015

Douge2's poker talents knocks the pants off Sally Fitzgibbons!

And the race tightens for the final seat in the NPP Final! Douge2 climbs back into contention with this win – and moves up quite a few spots on the Walk of Fame at the same time.

Tomservo2 and Douge2 treated spectators to a fierce heads – up battle tonight as neither wanted to let the other steal the victory.

Tomservo2 did pick up enough points to make his presence known near the top of the 4^th quarter Leader board.

Johnnied55, an always dangerous opponent finished 3^rd, and giving notice he is a force to be reckoned with when at the NPP table.

Racheael0388 reminded the guys that the gals got game too and she finished 4^th and moves up the rankings also.

Mikeniks-Faldo hit 10 inside straights and 41 one-out rivers to finish 5^th. Maybe it was 39 one out rivers. Faldo lost count. Faldo never wants to exaggerate.

The crafty veteran Wingsfancurt started his gathering of 4^th quarter points finishing 6^th in a field of 18.

Well, Faldo said it before and will say it again; this is the best poker tournament and league on the internet. Be here!

Suetman123 Wins for the 2nd Time in 2015

Even Samantha Ryan cannot believe Sue's poker skills!

Suetman123 is catching fire at the right time! This is ‘Claudia’s’ 2^nd win in three weeks and gives her the 4^th quarter lead……for now.

She has a host of pursuers however and it will be another exciting finish to the season at NPP.

LittleRedElf took 2^nd. Even though he already has his seat in the NPP Finals, a little practice never hurt anyone.

And Suetman123 can take pride in the fact that she handled the Legend in the heads up match.

T3chlady finished 3^rd and hopes this gets her rolling this quarter.

Rachael0388 was 4^th and is hoping the same thing.

Tigercub8189 was 5^th and continues to be “hanging around, hanging around…the man has alligator blood.”

Be here Tuesday for more exciting poker action.

All the standings are on the right side of the blog.

PS: Sorry for the delay and lack of posts. But life continues to get in the way of poker and blogging. - Faldo

ThePunk75 Wins for the 5th Time in 2015

For ThePunk75, this win was just a walk in the woods.

ThePunk75 didn’t need to, but he got a night off from football practice with his boys and soundly trounced a field of 16 NPP’ers.

As one of the top tier players on top of the Walk of Fame, ThePunk75 just did what he does. Win, that is.

Theedouble*d, with his 2^nd place finish tonight, takes over the 4^th quarter lead.

Tigercub8189 gets into the race with his 3^rd place finish.

And Suetman123 still holds a strong 2^nd place position in the 4^th quarter with her 5^th place finish.

Absea98 finished 4^th to pick up more points even though he already has earned a seat in the finals.

Still many rounds left and it is still anybody’s race for one of the final seats in the NPP final. Be here!

Congratulations to ThePunk75 on his 24th NPP win!

Derf-63 Wins for the 6th Time in 2015!

Just another one of Derf-63's fans waits for Fred on the NPP Beach.

How is it that Derf-63 does not have a seat yet in the NPP Final?
He is a full two wins ahead of his four trailers - who have four wins this year.

This is what is so special about our poker league. It gives credit to the victors with the Tournament of Champions and the Walk of Fame.

But it also gives homage to the slow and steady grinder - who simply grinds up points each and every week - with Total Point Seats, and if no one gets their wins all in the same quarter, then The Grinder will steal it!
Derf-63 has put himself back in the race for the 4th quarter and anchored his position in the Top Two in the Total Points Race with this league leading win.

Suetman123 continues to 'grind' out points to keep her lead here in the 4th quarter.

It's going to be another exciting conclusion to the NPP year.
Get here and be a part of it.

PS: Sorry for the later post - and lack of other info posts - but your humble scribe has been under the weather lately.

Suetman123 Wins for the 1st Time in 2015

Erica Schoenberg has nothing on Claudia!

Even Erica looks on at awe at Suetman123's poker prowess!

With this win over fifteen rivals, the Queen of western Michigan poker puts herself into contention for the 4th quarter seat in the NPP Final.

She won a heads up battle against Tigercub8189 to take the victory.

Theedouble*d finished 3rd
Tim481 was 4th.
Douge2 rounded out the point-getters in 5th.

6th - Tomservo2
7th - Derf-63
8th - K9isadog
9th - Lump2
10th - Mikeniks-Faldo

We now have 7 different players with points, so the race is still wide open with still ELEVEN big rounds to go! Be here and win a seat in the NPP Final!

Congratulations to Suetman123 on her 8th NPP victory!

Week 1 of Qtr 4 – 2015 – Same Winner – LRE

Another LittleRedElf fan waiting for him in the NPP relaxation chamber.

He already has his seat this year, but LittleRedElf added to his NPP Tournament win lead with his 4^th win this year.

Rjmech finished 2^nd.

Lump2 finished 3^rd.

Absea98 finished 4^th

All these point getters look like a Who’s Who of NPP killers. Nice job guys.

The rest of the final table was:

Mikeniks-Faldo

Tomservo2

95corolla

Derf-63

Suetman123

Well this is a long quarter and it just got started. Get here and win your seat in the NPP Finals!

Congratulations to LittleRedElf on his 25th NPP win!

ThePunk75 Clinches the 3rd Quarter Seat!

ThePunk75 says "It's time for football!"

With his 3^rd win of the quarter and his 4^th win of the year, ThePunk75 clinches a seat in the NPP Finals!

Every round matters at NPP, so the 4^th quarter will start a week early and last a lucky 13 weeks.

T3chlady wanted it to be 9 ½ weeks, but that is another story…for another time.

ThePunk75 clinched it with style, overcoming a big chip disadvantage heads up against newcomer Johnnied55.

Welcome John, and it appears NPP has added yet ANOTHER stud poker player to our already stocked and stacked line up of killer poker players.

With ThePunk75’s win, another big total is removed from the Total Points seat chases also.

Two seats are up for grabs as the top two players with points who do not win a quarter, also win a seat.

In addition, this year’s highest finish in the Tournament of Champions who does not have a seat wins one also.

What this means is even though there is only one quarter left, there are still 4 seats in the finals up for grabs! Be here for the great poker action!

Here was the final table with a field of 15:

9^th – Theedouble*d

8^th – Derf-63

7^th – Sanster89

6^th – Mikeniks-Faldo

5^th – Tomservo2

4^th – LittleRedElf

3^rd – Suetman123

2^nd – Johnnied55

1^st – ThePunk75

Congratulations to ThePunk75 on his 23^rd NPP win! Now go enjoy your son’s football games and practices. NPP will be here when you get back.

LittleRedElf Wins for the 3rd Time in 2015

LittleRedElf's talent knocks the shoes off his fans!

LittleRedElf - or as Faldo calls him simply - THE MAN - wins again.

Rachael0388 put up a tremendous and long heads up battle, but just could not best the Elf.

K9isadog finished 3rd and 95corolla 4th as they all capture valuable points in the Total Points race.

Now LittleRedElf already has a seat in the NPP Finals, so he didn't need the win or the points. What he did do was turn the 3rd quarter into a two man race. Only ThePunk75 and Derf-63 have a shot to win this quarter's seat.

Not only that, Derf-63 MUST pick up points next week or it is over.

This doesn't change anything for the rest of you as Total Points still may play a factor in your chances to earn a seat in the NPP Final!

See you all next week for another exciting tournament.

Congratulations to LittleRedElf on his 24th NPP win!

Hillary Clinton - Untouchable - Always Remember That

This piece of garbage. This treasonous, communist idiot will probably be the Democrat nominee for President.
The Democrats just keep rolling out communist traitors as presidential candidates.

Derf-63 Wins for the 5th Time in 2015

Amber waits for Derf-63 in the NPP pool.

How has Derf-63 not won a quarter yet? He now has the lead in wins this year.

I guess it is just the unpredictability of poker and the combination of the talent he is facing and the luck involved.

Derf-63 - if he doesn't catch ThePunk75 this quarter - will still be in good shape in the Total Points race.

Absea98 and Mikeniks-Faldo finished 4th and 2nd and are still stealing points from players who need them. But all is fair in poker.

T3chlady picked up much needed points with a 3rd place finish.

They were the only point getters in this 13 player field.

The 3rd quarter race is not over yet!
Be here for the conclusion. Heck, play and be a difference maker.

Congratulations to Derf-63 on his 21st NPP win!

ThePunk75 Wins Two in a Row - Pulling Away in the 3rd Quarter

ThePunk75's fans wave to ThePunk75 on the NPP yacht.

Well, the pursuers are going to need faster horses now.
ThePunk75 wins his 2nd NPP tournament in a row, and his 3rd of the year.
The gap over his closest rival in the 3rd quarter - Derf-63 - has ballooned to almost 10 points!
With four rounds left in the 3rd quarter, and a victory worth about 5 points, someone is going to have to reel off some wins in a hurry to have any shot at catching ThePunk!
If ThePunk75 clinches the 3rd quarter seat early, then the 4th quarter will be extended the extra rounds.
No unimportant weeks at NPP - that's for sure.
Sorry for the even shorter tournament update this week.
Life sometimes interferes with poker.
See you all next Tuesday.
Congratulations to ThePunk75 on his 22nd NPP victory!
