The end of the quarter drawing near and the Detroit Red Wings game cut into the volume of players for tonight’s game. Add that a couple of NPP players got hurt by the eCheck issue (see previous post for article), and one was late. Twelve did make it to the hallowed NPP felt.
It was still a star studded lineup – as usual. Your scribe got a rush of cards, not only most of the night, but at the right time also. Could it be PokerStars nub for Faldo????
On to the action:
6 min: As I stated, I was getting cards early and was involved in hands from the git-go. Plus, we were chatting discussing the eCheck issues with players unable to buy chips. Oh, yes and an interruption from not one, but two beggars. So I missed the first few exits.
Douge2 (12th) told me his straight ran into a flush.
8 min: Kensik (11th) went out next and I missed it.
30 min: Nahanni (10th) is short-stacked (SS) and moves in when her (67) flops a [6]. But LittleRedElf is holding (AA).
34 min: TrippAA (9th) sees his (22) lose to TresStooges and his (KK).

93 min: Absea98’s (5th) (A8) loses to LittleRedElf’s (A9).
113 min: Boother’s (4th) roller coaster evening ends when his SS (J8) can’t catch LittleRedElf’s (A7).
118 min: LittleRedElf (3rd) ran into the Faldo card avalanche and his SS (94) goes all-in but can't pair against Mikeniks-Faldo’s (JT).

117 min: TresStooges (2nd) calls Mikeniks-Faldo’s (As 8s) (26%) all-in with the lead and (Ah 9h) (60%). But an [8] flops and it ends.
The race for the 2nd Quarter NPP seat is now ….wide open! Next Tuesday will be exciting! Don’t miss it!
