The one on the bottom step is Faldo's caddie, after hearing "I never get a break". That's after a hooked shot by Faldo into the trees, off the cart path, onto the green.

Faldo will curse you or me out for any comment about the wind, cut of the grass, etc if he hits a bad shot. If the result is bad YOU get the blame but if the ball hits, say, a turtle, then Faldo assumes it is because of his "skill".

I never hear such nonsense from billy-no-pants whom me thinks could handily win against Faldo anytime.

Faldo does not understand the term - having never done this thing.
