Pandemics Impact Millionaires Too!

A few of my heroes whom have shown true leadership in this coronavirus crisis caused by Trump's inaction:

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer:

• My neighbor is a professional landscaper.  His father works for him.   He can't legally operate his business due to the governor's latest executive order.   That will teach him to create his own business!  If he want a job I'm sure his local government has some to offer.
• Golf courses are closed!  This is only enjoyed by racist rich white people so who cares?

Our future vice president (I hope)

California Governor Gavin Newsom:

• Recently announced a plan to give cash payments to adult immigrants living illegally in the state to help them during the coronavirus crisis.  Hopefully the rich will be taxed more so that more great things like this can be done.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi:

• She knows a lot of people are out of work but has taken the time to help us all by showing us the kitchen of a millionaire and a look into her freezer filled with ice cream!!!!   This made me feel as happy as I did when I aced my last gender studies exam at the conservative University of Michigan.   My father (who was recently laid off) failed to see the humor in this.  He muttered something about an upcoming mortgage payment which confounded me since I'm not aware of what those are.   Here is the video for your enjoyment.

The Kennedy Center Center Needs Your Donations

As I write this tears are falling into my MacBook Pro's keyboard ( my parents bought it for me ).
The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts needs your donation now!

This ass is smiling because it's a Democrat logo.

This organization was only given $25 million dollars out of the $2 trillion coronavirus relief bill.
The stingy members of Congress did not give them enough!  Now they could have refused the money and instead proclaimed that it should go to small businesses that are hurting right now but what good would that do?   Nothing!   A lot of small business owners voted for Trump!  Besides, where else can D.C. politicians go to be seen in a tuxedo?

I just read in the conservative Washington Post this sad news:

In a conference call Friday night, Rutter told orchestra leaders that the 96 musicians would receive their last paycheck on April 3 and that they will not be paid until the arts center reopens. In addition, she said their ­health-care benefits would stop at the end of May if the arts center is still closed at that time. The announcement was characterized by several NSO members as a shock.

If only congress would have given them more money.   I blame Trump!   Nancy Pelosi tried to warn him!

I love 💖Nancy Pelosi!  She has more balls than the Republicans in the Senate and House combined.
In a coronavirus rescue bill she wants to add:

•  Increased fuel emission standards for airlines receiving funds and carbon offsets
•  Payment for up to $10,000 in student loans!  (My personal favorite).
•  Same-day voter registration, early voting, voting by mail, ballot harvesting
•  Preserving collective bargaining powers for unions
•  wind and solar tax credits
•  Requirements for federal and corporate gender and racial diversity data
•  Automatic extension of non-immigrant visas
•  Restricting colleges from providing information about citizenship status.
•  Money for Planned Parenthood (my friends who were assigned the female gender at birth are fans of this one)

Best news of all is that the major media outlets will spin this in our favor!  What will the Republicans do?  What can they do?   They are like the Washington Generals of Congress.

What about the conservative rubes and flyover hicks like Faldo and Eaton Rapid's Joke?  They can't do anything except complain and polish their guns over and over again.  They live in a blue state!



This is excellent news for us.  Never let a good crisis go to waste.   Force our progressive agenda in any way possible.

Faldo is missing the point (again) on this China/Coronavirus.

Even though China:

• Expelled American journalists.
• Pressured Bloomberg to report only nice things.
• Got the NBA's players to oppose the Hong Kong protests.
• Covered up what their scientists knew about the virus a few months ago.

The important thing to remember is that Trump is a racist for calling it the "Chinese Virus".

They are happy because of their benevolent government

Life gets in the way of poker and blogging sometimes. Faldo had to have prostate cancer surgery as it was Stage 2 as soon as it was discovered.
Of course, this type of surgery is currently considered 'optional' surgery in this current crisis.
I heard an elderly lady's open heart surgery was deemed elective by the State of Washington Medical Board. So her heart repair has to wait.
Seriously??  More on this later.

Once Faldo speaks, everyone else can shut up. Now for Faldo's opinion in this Covid 19 virus:

Faldo's theory is that the Chinese were making a biological weapon that would kill their enemies and it would look like a severe flu strain. They did not have it perfected and they did not quite have an antidote ready for their citizens, but several strains of their virus escaped into the world.  How you ask?

The story is that it was poor food handling of meat by peasants that created this strain of virus that looks a lot like influenza. Ponder that for a minute. Usually food bacteria's or viruses from them create cramps, diarrhea vomiting as the body tries to expel the bad food. Then fever and flu like symptoms may develop

Faldo thinks it is a half truth. Faldo thinks it is quite possible that animals were used to test the virus. As those animals died or were discarded, peasants needing food handled and ate those animals. Whether they collected them from the garbage or some low life sold them as fresh doesn't really matter.

With the built in two or 3 week delay this virus seems to have before any symptoms appear (designed perhaps?) made the meat seem safe enough and the stealing or selling continued.

The reaction of the Chinese government to the release of this information of how and where the virus started and was mutated has changed a few times and still makes no sense. Their defensive posture also suggests cover up.

The reaction of the world - including the United States - was total panic - for just a new flu virus that just showed up and killed a few old/sick  people. Think back to the start of this! We were being told this was going to get huge when the numbers at the time did not support that conclusion. What did the governments of the world already know - and why are they still not telling us the truth about it?

Some liberal American citizen newswoman (is there any kind that would make these statements pretending to be questions of President Trump?) told Trump that she thought he was being a racist stating the virus came from China. Trump reiterated, "This virus comes from China" It's not racist at all. It comes from China."

Faldo read the body language and facial expressions of the people standing behind the President and the President himself as really saying "Made in China".

Faldo can't be proven wrong - which is nice - because it could never be told that China did that. The backlash by most of the world financially would be devastating to China. China would have to go to war to feed their people. The world leaders know this, so they will hide the truth from the world.

The world was poisoned by China. The world leaders were informed and all of a sudden some flu bug that killed 5 old people in Seattle was all over the news and covered wall to wall! How did that happen? Why did that happen?

Swine flu infected between 43 and 89 million people, depending on what you read and killed 13,000.
Influenza - on average - kills 36,000 in the United States every year.
Covid 19 as of this writing - killed 10,000 world wide and 187 in the USA.

Faldo is not saying this virus is not a big deal. Faldo is saying for the response by world governments to the cases and deaths so far, we are not being told the truth. Of course we almost never are.

Hello NPP audience!

While Mr. Faldo is out on hiatus he has selfishly asked me to write content for this misogynistic "blog".
Let me introduce myself - my name is Myron and I am currently serving as an intern for the Nik's Poker Palace blog.   As an intern I am earning credits to complete my communications degree (with a minor in gender studies) at the University of Michigan - a conservative University located in the Midwest.

Now for a bit of Faldo truth and analysis:

Faldo first needs to ask NPP readers a question; What percentage of the adult people in the world are truly sane or should I say, at least truly functioning adults? Don't answer that just yet until Faldo lays some information out for you.

26% of the people in this country have some sort of mental illness (only 10% receive any sort of treatment for it).
1% of the people of this country are in jail.
5% of the US population are psychopaths, sociopaths, delusional or anti-social people.
24% of the US population have more credit card debt than savings.
9% of the US population is addicted to drugs, alcohol or opiates.
15% of the US population is on welfare.

If you add it all up, it totals 80%. And yes, I realize that there will be plenty of overlap - such as mentally ill people probably being included in all of the other categories. So, yes there is plenty of double, triple and maybe even quintuple dipping with the numbers. So let's round the number down to 60%. Ok, 50%. Ok 40%.

So by Faldo math, only around 50% of the adults in the United States in America are fully functional human beings. This is very scary to think about as the non-functioning adults tend to;
> have more children than functioning adults
> tend to work for low stress, low performance requirement jobs - such as government jobs
But I digress, maybe.

Let's change the subject. Look at the Democrat front running candidates running for president in 2020.
1. Bernie Sanders - old communist, claims to be a socialist Senator from Vermont. The man honeymooned in the old Soviet Union.
2. Peter Buttigieg - a liberal mayor from South Bend, Indiana, who believes the same socialist ideals as Sanders. In his biggest election win of all time, he got 10,991 votes.
3. Amy Klobuchar - a Senator from the People's Republic of Minnesota and the most conservative socialist of the group.
4. Elizabeth Warren - a Senator from the Communist Republic of Massachusetts, mostly famous for falsely claiming to be a Native American.

A. Communism and socialism has failed every single time it has been tried across the globe/
B. Every functioning adult in the world would love to be a citizen of the United States because of our freedoms and capitalist system.
C. President Trump - whether you love him or hate him - has delivered peace, prosperity, lowest unemployment for all minorities, the youth and women, 3.9 million moved off food stamps, lowered taxes for all workers, record number of government regulations eliminated, improved our military, and is building a wall to protect our southern border.
D. The Democrats have a record of destroying the US economy and weakening our military, Every city or state in financial ruin has been run exclusively by Democrats for decades - which is why they are in ruin. Democrats always raise taxes on everyone. People get laid off under Democrat administrations.
E. The definition of insanity is doing things that cause terrible results, but continue to do them hoping for a different result.

Now back to our original topic:
With all of these facts in plain sight, 44% of the voters in this country vote Democrat.
Now we know why. All of the non-functioning adults in this country vote Democrat.

Back to the 50's?!?

You see, a deceased gentleman of about your husband's size was brought in shortly after you left yesterday, and he was wearing an attractive blue suit. Is anyone besides Faldo waking up to how depraved the rich, powerful or famous really are?

Is Faldo the only one who sees we literally have no control over any aspect of our lives, IF we purposefully….or accidentally get in the way of who is really running things….we are squashed like a stink bug on the floor - with no justice, no consequence to the squasher.

Is Faldo the only one who realizes that our media, government, legal system – or any media, legal system or government in the entire world - has even the slightest interest in law and order, fairness, equality for all or even upholding the simple idea of ‘right from wrong”?

Jeffery Epstein was murdered - in plain sight - in front of the entire world. Ho – hum says everyone in the world that could do something about it.

Why is there not a single perp-walk photo or video of Jeff Epstein heading to jail or being taken to court…or even getting off a plane or getting into a car after his arrest? Every person of any fame at all that gets arrested, is shown going to court ….or jail. Nothing of Epstein. Harvey Weinstein got the perp-walk. Why not Epstein?

Jeffrey Epstein was allowed to have women visit him while in custody. His female assistant to his Pedophile Island visited every day until his death. The ‘lawyer room” at the jail was Epstein’s private suite every day for him to lounge in, with the pop and snack machines opened – paid for in advance.

Negotiations were underway to figure out how to ‘fix’ this issue. The prosecutors told Epstein to plead guilty, take a life in prison sentence, and when it is off the front page, a cozy cell will be his home.  He would have lived only a few years before dying of a heart attack in his sleep, but they are not telling him that of course. Maybe Epstein knew that.

But Epstein foolishly thought singing would get him reduced charges and a comfy prison time on top of that. And I am sure the prosecutors just looked at him and said, “Great, it’s a deal. Start talking.” And he did start to talk in that ‘lawyer room’. Then the prosecutors and Epstein’s own lawyers realized if they heard too much of the truth and the people involved……they would be the next ones with heart attacks or car brakes failing.
Now Epstein had to go for the safety of Epstein's lawyers and investigators.

What happened to all the files, records and videos Epstein had on all the visitors who came (no pun intended) to his Pedophile Island. Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s alleged Madam, is hiding out in Brazil, or in the Midwest of the USA, guarded by a private security force of ex-special ops – depending on what you read. Either way, she has not been arrested.

Epstein had to go. Epstein was taken off suicide watch. Guards did not check on him.  Cameras were turned off.  Evidence disappeared. Autopsy reports were falsified. Little people somehow involved in and around the time of Epstein’s death are being arrested or have died themselves. None of which is of interest to any media reporter or outlet in the world.

Abraham Lincoln. John Kennedy. Martin-Luther King. Anwar Sadat. Jimmy Hoffa. The list goes on….and on. Cross the real people in power – either deliberately or by accident – and it’s over. Google Kevin Ives and Don Henry. Not the most current, but still just two of the nearly 100 deaths with a Clinton somewhere in their story.

Anchor-ette Amy Robach was complaining to fellow liberal TV media hacks about how she had the Epstein story THREE YEARS ago from her interviews with Virginia Roberts Giuffre – an underaged sex slave at the Epstein island. Virginia told her all about Epstein, the island, the Clintons (yes BOTH), Prince Andrew, and many many more people, but the executives and lawyers at ABC squashed the story.

Unfortunately for Amy, a live microphone and camera caught her rant and it was leaked. Amy will be looking behind her for the rest of her soon to be shorter life.

All you have to do is be at the wrong place at the wrong time and see or hear the wrong thing. Or have a private conversation – even with the people who are part of the IN crowd – leaked and your days are numbered. First professionally, then financially, and ….well, ask Lee Harvey Oswald how his first day in court went.

Want to know why our media has become cheerleaders for the Democrats and the rich and powerful, instead of investigative journalists? Do you know why the Republican Party is acting like the fake competitors against the Harlem Globetrotters? Now you know why. 
Once you get near the REAL center of power, you wake up and realize that going along is the only way to survive.
Justice and truth? Forget about it. It does not exist. It may never have.
What time is the game on? Where’s my drink or pot …or both?
You don’t really need to know what's really going on.
You don't really want to know just how far it's gone. Just leave well enough alone and enjoy what little life THEY let you have.

New Year's Day typically brings resolutions that we hope to live by. I have one that doesn't require me to give up any little or big habits that I need to break.


I can attribute this resolution to Clint Eastwood. Clint is 89, and continues to produce, direct, and act in great movies. Well, …...movies.

Someone asked him how he still manages to do what he does, given his age. His answer was brilliant, and an inspiration to those of us who are in our Golden Years.


His answer was simple and SO true: "DON'T LET THE OLD MAN IN."


Thank you, Clint Eastwood. I needed that.

Remember to keep your glass half full, and never half empty. Better still, keep your glass full!



You know, when you get to a point in life where you must give up some physical activities because your body no longer allows you to participate as you once did, you have a tendency to mope, bitch, and gripe, hanging on to all the memories.


Some of you reading this can't relate, because you aren't in your advanced years. But remember this as you continue down the path of life.

Hunting isn't the only activity impacted by growing old. It can stop many other things, such as skiing, snowshoeing, bicycling, playing pickleball, hockey, softball and even going to the gym.


As for me, I'm not giving up the things I love that require physical ability, such as golf, gardening, turkey hunting, deer hunting, trout fishing, wood splitting, gun shooting or other outdoor activities that I love, and can still do. I might have to take it slower and not do it as long....but I am still doing it!



So, that's my resolution. I plan on following it. "DON'T LET THE OLD MAN IN!"


And may all of you have a Blessed, healthy, prosperous, and Happy New Year.
Now, go lock the door on the old man!

KingUnix Wins the 2019 Niks Poker Palace Finals!

A KingUnix groupie is not only floored, but couched by his poker talent.

King Unix Wins the NPP Player of the Year Tournament for the 3rd time! He won twice before in the back to back years of 1998 and 1999.
It was also KingUnix's 4th NPP victory. Well done KingUnix….aka ThaiFood (when PokerStars was legal for $).

Here is how it went down:
0 min: CometGirlXO - did not play - 7th place
33 min: Absea98 is knocked out in 6th place by a LittleRedElf full house.
45 min: Rjmech must have drawn the Faldo chair in this tournament - finishing 5th - as his AA loses to KingUnix's QJ as a queen hit the flop.....and the river!
50 min: LittleRedElf is sent to the rail in 4th as his AQ runs into Derf-63's AA.
69 min: Tomservo2 got a late start but battled to a 3rd place finish when finally hi J6s could not win a coin flip against Derf-63's 55.
96 min: The heads up battle raged on for quite a while before finally Tomservo2's AJ lost to KingUnix's AK.

The Tournament of Champions next week will decide the final player in the NPP Finals.
Fourteen players qualified for the TOC by winning one of the weekly tournaments.
As usual, the six players that already have seats - also qualified for the TOC.

If one of the seat holders win the TOC, the seat goes to the player who finished the highest in the TOC that is still without a seat.

And as usual, if Mikeniks-Faldo wins a seat, the player who finishes right behind Faldo also wins a seat if he does not already have one.

Now, please be aware that if you are not a seat holder or on the list of players who qualified for the TOC - your season is OVER! So don't be surprised if you cannot log onto the tournament for the rest of year.

Then, in the following week - only the people that have qualified for the NPP Final (and Faldo) will be able to play! So be aware of that.

If Faldo does not qualify, he won't play, but will log on to watch the action.

For all of us who are married, were married, wish
you were married, or wish you weren't married, this
is something to smile about the next time you see a
bottle of Johnny Walker Black:

Faldo was driving back to an airport from one of his business
trips in Northern California when he saw an elderly
Navajo man walking on the side of the road.

As the trip was a long and quiet one, he stopped
the car and asked the Navajo man if he would like
a ride.

With a silent nod of thanks, the man got into
the car.

Resuming the journey, Mike tried in vain to make
a bit of small talk with the Navajo man. The old
man just sat silently, looking intently at
everything he saw, studying every little detail,
until he noticed a brown bag on the seat next to
Mike.

'What in bag?' asked the old man.

Mike looked down at the brown bag and said, 'It's
a bottle of Johnny Walker Black. I got it for my wife.'

The Navajo man was silent for another moment or
two. Then speaking with the quiet wisdom of an elder,
