The owners of FT screwed the players out of their money. Now the US government gets involved to solve the problem by screwing PS and the players out of their money. Well done. That fixes everything.
[According to Irfah, the IRS was not at the table during the negotiations for the FT sale and PS settlement, but the agency could very well be in the mix soon.]
So, not only no refund, but the IRS will be knocking on your door soon anyway. Yep, got to love the government coming to your rescue fellow slave…..er, I mean citizen.

“Theoretically, the administrator of your healthcare could decide that anyone that didn’t vote a certain way or send enough cash to the proper places will not get any healthcare at all, and that would be the end of it.”

Relax guy. Not a fan of Obama, but it was republican politicians who made online poker illegal in the first place. The whole govt sucks, so let's stop blaming it all on the black guy.
Also, I gaurentee the 1st letter of your last name will have nothing to do with refunds. That suggestion is completely arbitrary and insane.

You are correct Anon. Republicans were the first to attack on-line poker on a lame attempt to shore up their religious base. I am painfully aware of that.

The article used that as a metaphor to describe how arbitrary the DOJ could be in regards to refunds. Now go get a dictionary and look up "metaphor".

The biggest point you missed Anon is that healthcare coverage under Obamacare will be very selective as to gets healthcare, and will be slower than the process of getting poker refunds to Americans.
