Here is how you handle a big game:
Have Faldo bring extra chips and decks.
Play Holdem exclusively if the table has more than 8 players.
NEVER break into two tables unless you get 14 players or more, because it is not worth the time or effort unless 7 are at each individual table. Guys will leave and you want to still have the table go.
If you break into two tables with less and a guy or two leave, then the same whiners demanding two tables will now demand a merge. So what is the point?
Also - in the interest of speeding up the game - NEVER let Thai Food call a game when it is his deal. Designate someone to declare the game for him.
Those are my tips.
Farrel is in, we firmed it up via email this morning. Dave Eby is also. I got plenty o' decks. Do you still want to sell that cool chip set. If not that is ok cause I can add to mine. I will follow your advice and do hold 'em only when necessary seeing how you been there done that.
Also I don't want any fights about FOOD!! If you want something bring it. I would like to minimize trips in and out of the house, especially later on.

If you guys want to smoke cigars in my garage/driveway pregame I got no problem with that. There is a picnic table and such but it will be chilly. If you want a bar the SL Hotel at 10 mile and Pont Trail is mighty convenient.

No beer - I am in training for the Senior's Tour. I mean the PGA Tour. Yeah, that's right - the PGA Tour.
We might have more players than you think Matchy. Beerhog may bring the guys he shared a sleeping bag with as an extra in Brokeback Mountain. He co-starred with the same guys in the epic Spoonin' Saddles. So that is four more.
A few beers at dinner in Cleveland - can you tell?

herbavor 5:45-6:00 at bww and leave for matchy's around 6:30-6:45. he lives about 15 min. from there.
I am not sure if everybody saw my offer, but I get a good price on large 1 item pizzas 5 bucks(and its not hot n readys) anyways I am sure i can add an item or 2 for 1$apiece.... don't worry guys unlike Matchy I will take poker chips as payment, seeing as I will use my cash for pizzas.
I understand some people buy in for everything they have in their pockets and they may want pizza so I will take Poker chips.... I also understand that if you don't want pizza I will not bug you about wanting some and will not offer it.. sound good let me know Hog and Thai
